Nederland heeft op 9 maart 2014 een nieuw model van het paspoort en de identiteitskaart ingevoerd.
Deze Dutch ID app informeert je over de (echtheids)kenmerken in deze reisdocumenten (Paspoort & ID kaart), laat zien waar de kenmerken in de documenten staan en hoe je deze echtheidskenmerken kunt controleren.
Door je toestel te kantelen, tegen het licht te houden of aan te raken, ontdek je hoe je de kenmerken kunt controleren. Ook kun je met een lichtknop het ultraviolet effect zien.
Deze app is ontwikkeld en uitgegeven in opdracht van het ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken en Koninkrijksrelaties.
Since the 9th of March 2014, the Netherlands has introduced a new design for passports and identity cards.
The DutchID app contains information about the authenticity features used in the latest design. The app indicates where the authenticity features can be found and verified.
By tilting, touching or holding your device up to the light, you can verify the security features.
A light switch also helps you to see the ultraviolet security features.
This app is developed and issued by the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations.
